Common use of Report Clause in Contracts

Report. No later than seven (7) calendar days after the Response Deadline, the Settlement Administrator will provide the Parties with a complete and accurate accounting of the number of Notice Packets mailed to Class Members, the number of Notice Packets returned as undeliverable, the number of Notice Packets re-mailed to Class Members, the number of re-mailed Notice Packets returned as undeliverable, the number of Class Members who objected to the Settlement and copies of their submitted objections, the number of Class Members who returned valid requests for exclusion, and the number of Class Members who returned invalid requests for exclusion.

Report. No later than seven (7) calendar days after the Response Deadline, the Settlement Administrator will provide the Parties with a complete and accurate accounting of the number of Notice Packets Notices mailed to Class Members, the number of Notice Packets Notices returned as undeliverable, the number of Notice Packets Notices re-mailed to Class Members, the number of re-mailed Notice Packets Notices returned as undeliverable, the number of Class Members who objected to the Settlement and copies of their submitted objections, the number of Class Members who returned valid requests for exclusion, and the number of Class Members who returned invalid requests for exclusion.

Report. No later than seven five (75) calendar business days after the Response Deadline, the Settlement Administrator will provide the Parties with a complete and accurate accounting of the number of Notice Packets Notices mailed to Class Members, the number of Notice Packets Notices returned as undeliverable, the number of Notice Packets Notices re-mailed to Class Members, the number of re-mailed Notice Packets Notices returned as undeliverable, the number of Class Members who objected to the Settlement and copies of their submitted objections, the number of Class Members who returned valid requests for exclusion, and the number of Class Members who returned invalid requests for exclusion.

Report. No later than seven (7) calendar days after the Response Deadline, the Settlement Administrator will provide the Parties with a complete and accurate accounting of the number of Notice Packets Notices mailed to Class Members, the number of Notice Packets Notices returned as undeliverable, the number of Notice Packets Notices re-mailed to Class Members, the number of re-mailed Notice Packets Notices returned as undeliverable, the number of Class Members who objected to the Settlement and copies of their submitted objections, the number of Class Members who returned submitted valid requests for exclusion, and the number of Class Members who returned submitted invalid requests for exclusion.

No later than seven (7) calendar days after the Response Deadline, the Settlement Administrator will provide the Parties with a complete and accurate accounting of the number of Notice Packets mailed and emailed to Class Members, the number of Notice Packets returned as undeliverable, the number of Notice Packets re-mailed remailed to Class Members, the number of re-mailed remailed Notice Packets returned as undeliverable, the number of Class Members who objected to the Settlement and copies of their submitted objections, the number of Class Members who returned valid requests for exclusion, and the number of Class Members who returned invalid requests for exclusion.

Report. No later than seven (7) calendar days after the Response Deadline, the Settlement Administrator will provide the Parties with a complete and accurate accounting of the number of Notice Packets mailed and emailed to Class Members, the number of Notice Packets returned as undeliverable, the number of Notice Packets re-mailed to Class Members, the number of re-mailed Notice Packets returned as undeliverable, the number of Class Members who objected to the Settlement and copies of their submitted objections, the number of Class Members who returned valid requests for exclusion, and the number of Class Members who returned invalid requests for exclusion.

No later than seven ten (710) calendar days after the Response Deadline, the Settlement Administrator will provide the Parties with a complete and accurate accounting of the number of Notice Packets Notices mailed to Class Members, the number of Notice Packets Notices returned as undeliverable, the number of Notice Packets Notices re-mailed to Class Members, the number of re-mailed Notice Packets Notices returned as undeliverable, the number of Class Members who objected to the Settlement and copies of their submitted objections, the number of Class Members who returned valid requests for exclusion, and the number of Class Members who returned invalid requests for exclusion.

No later than seven (7) calendar days after the Response Deadline, the Settlement Administrator will provide the Parties with a complete and accurate accounting of the number of Class Notice Packets mailed to Settlement Class Members, the number of Class Notice Packets returned as undeliverable, the number of Class Notice Packets re-mailed to Settlement Class Members, the number of re-mailed Class Notice Packets returned as undeliverable, the number of Settlement Class Members who objected to the Settlement and copies of their submitted objections, the number of Settlement Class Members who returned valid requests for exclusion, and the number of Settlement Class Members who returned invalid requests for exclusion. This report can be in the form of a declaration by the Settlement Administrator to be filed with Plaintiff’s motion for final approval.

Report. No later than seven (7) calendar days after the Response Deadline, the Settlement Administrator will provide the Parties with a complete and accurate accounting of the number of Notice Packets Class Notices mailed to Class Members, the number of Notice Packets Class Notices returned as undeliverable, the number of Notice Packets Class Notices re-mailed to Class Members, the number of re-mailed Notice Packets Class Notices returned as undeliverable, the number of Class Members who objected to the Settlement and copies of their submitted objections, the number of Class Members who returned valid requests for exclusionExclusion Forms and copies of those Exclusion Forms, and the number of Class Members who returned invalid requests for exclusionExclusion Forms.
