Report to UFF. Except as otherwise provided in this Article 11, no later than 30 days after any increases or bonuses are implemented, the University shall make available to the local chapter of the UFF, in machine-readable format, accurately by category, all increases provided pursuant to this Article, showing for each employee the employee’s department, rank, gender, the base salary prior to the increase, the amount of the salary increase or merit bonus provided and the base salary after the salary increase.
Report to UFF. Written reports shall be provided without cost by USF to the UFF indicating all salary and compensation adjustments and bonuses made on a quarterly basis pursuant to Articles 8.4D,, 23.1A1, 23.1B1, 23.1C1, and 23.5A 1A and 23.5 by amount, nature of adjustment, name, rank department and college. The information shall be provided no later than forty-five (45) sixty (60) business days following the close of a quarter.
Report to UFF. USF-GAU. The University shall provide the following reports to UFF- USF-GAU:
(1) The University shall provide a report containing directory information, including campus mail addresses and campus e-mail address if the GA has authorized the University to release this information to the UFF-USF-GAU, by the third week of each semester if practicable.
(2) Each semester, the University shall provide, upon request, the following reports with no specific student identifiers:
a. GA Summary Report to include the following information:
(i) Class title/code
(ii) Hiring/academic department
(iii) Academic level (e.g., Doctoral, Master’s) (iv) Rate of pay (v) FTE
b. Matriculation, tuition, and fee payment program report.
c. GA Health Insurance participant report.
(3) All reports shall be provided in an electronic, delimited format, such as Excel, where practicable.
(4) UFF-USF-GAU agrees to pay reasonable costs associated with preparation of the reports contained herein and in Article 17.6 B. B Email addresses of graduate students shall be provided no later than the third week of the semester, if practicable, to the local UFF-USF-GAU for all graduate students who have affirmatively released this information pursuant to Article 2.1 (O).

Report to UFF. All increases provided under this Article shall be reported accurately by category and made available not later than four weeks after the raises are implemented in machine-readable format to the UFF Chapter by the FIU Division of Human Resources.
Report to UFF. Written reports shall be provided without cost by USF to the UFF indicating all salary and compensation adjustments and bonuses made on a quarterly basis pursuant to Articles 8.4D,, 23.1A1, 23.1B1, 23.1C1, 2854 2855 2856 2857 2858 2859 2860 2861 2862 2863 2864 2865 2866 2867 2868 2869 2870 2871 2872 2873 2874 2875 2876 2877 2878 2879 2880 and 23.4A 1A and 23.5 by amount, nature of adjustment, name, rank department and college. The information shall be provided no later than forty-five (45) sixty (60) business days following the close of a quarter.
C. The increases for 2017-2018 and 2018-19 contained in this article are contingent upon no reduction in the University’s Performance Based Funding (“PBF”) as compared to the level of PBF on August 1, 2016. To avoid confusion, the PBF Model was approved at the January 2014 Board of Governor’s Meeting. The model includes 10 metrics that evaluate Florida institutions on a range of issues. PBF levels will be calculated on August 1 in each year of the contract for the purposes of determining if there was a reduction in PBF
D. In the event of a reduction in PBF funding the University shall have the sole discretion to determine whether to proceed with the increases described in the article. In the event the University does not proceed with the increases due to reduction in PBF, the University will notify UFF in writing of its decision (“Notice”). Within 30 (thirty) days of the University’s Notice, the parties will meet to bargain in good faith for an alternative salary article.
E. Authority for new salary adjustments described in Article 23.5 will also cease based on the University’s Notice; however, any prior unspent discretionary authority from prior contract years will remain in full force and effect for the duration of the Contract, subject to the reporting requirements of 23.7.
F. Increases for tenure and promotion and increases that are committed to prior the University’s Notice are unaffected by same.
Report to UFF. Except as otherwise provided in this Article 11, no later than four weeks after one-time merit bonuses are given or raises are implemented, the University shall make available to the local chapter of the UFF, in machine-readable format, accurately by category, all one-time merit bonuses or increases provided pursuant to this Article, showing for each employee department and rank and the nature, date and amount of the one-time merit bonus or increase.
Report to UFF. Except as otherwise provided in this Article 11, no later than 30 days after any increases or bonuses are implemented, the University shall send an electronic file to the UFF President containing each employee’s: (1) employee ID; (2) pay plan;
