Report of Accumulation of Solid Waste; Unauthorized Dumping. Franchisee shall direct its drivers to note the addresses of any premises at which they observe that solid waste is accumulating and is not being delivered for collection; and the address, or other location description, at which solid waste has been dumped in an unauthorized manner. Franchisee shall report the address or description to the City within twenty-four (24) hours of such observation.

Franchisee Contractor shall direct its drivers to note (1) the addresses of any premises Premises at which they observe that solid waste is accumulating and is not being delivered for collection; collection and (2) the address, or other location description, at which solid waste has been dumped in an apparently unauthorized manner. Franchisee Contractor shall report deliver the address or description to the City within twenty-four eight (24) hours 8) working days of such observation.
