Common use of Replacement Clause in Contracts

Replacement. Any Registered Debt Security in definitive form that becomes mutilated, destroyed, stolen or lost shall be replaced by Xxxxxxx Mac at the expense of the Holder upon delivery to the Global Agent of evidence of the destruction, theft or loss thereof, and an indemnity satisfactory to Xxxxxxx Mac and the Global Agent. Upon the issuance of any substituted Registered Debt Security, Xxxxxxx Mac or the Global Agent may require the payment by the Holder of a sum sufficient to cover any taxes and expenses connected therewith.

Upon the issuance of any substituted Registered Debt Security, Xxxxxxx Freddie Mac or the Global Agent may require the payment by the Holder of a sum sufficient to cover any taxes and expenses connected therewith.

Upon the issuance of any substituted Registered Debt Security, Xxxxxxx Mac or the Global Agent may require the payment by the Holder of a sum sufficient to cover any taxes and expenses connected therewith.
