Replacement Pay. (a) Except as provided in (b) and (c), the Employer shall pay a weekly Employee who has been employed by the Employer for at least one (1) week and is replaced a lump sum equal to one (1) week of the Employee's weekly rate of pay, including over-scale payments, if any.
