Common use of Replacement Pay Clause in Contracts

Replacement Pay. When an Employee is assigned to replace another person in an out-of-scope position at a more senior level for one (1) workday or longer, she shall be paid an additional two dollars ($2.00) per hour for all hours worked during such assignment.
