Common use of Replacement of the Trustee Clause in Contracts

Replacement of the Trustee. (a) Subject to Clause 22.4(f), the Trustee may resign by giving notice to the Issuer and the Bondholders, in which case the Bondholders shall appoint a successor Trustee at a Bondholders’ Meeting convened by the retiring Trustee or by way of Written Procedure initiated by the retiring Trustee.

Replacement of the Trustee. (a) 18.4.1 Subject to Clause 22.4(f)18.4.6, the Trustee may resign by giving notice to the Issuer and the Bondholders, in which case the Bondholders shall appoint a successor Trustee at a Bondholders’ Meeting convened by the retiring Trustee or by way of Written Procedure initiated by the retiring Trustee.
