Replacement Checks. In the event that a regular paycheck was not issued due to the fault of the Employer, the Employer shall issue a replacement check as soon as possible but in no event shall the check be direct deposited or at the service office later than three (3) working days from receipt of evidence establishing such fault from the Union.
