Common use of Repercussions Clause in Contracts

Repercussions. Each classroom has the school rules displayed clearly. If these rules are not followed, then the children will be moved up the 5 steps accordingly. The hierarchy is progressive and starts with a warning. The repercussions become gradually more significant for the second, third, fourth, and fifth time that a child chooses to break a rule. The age of the child and individual circumstances will determine at what stage parents are informed. However, the school commits to let parents know if a child gets to step 5.
