Repeated or Willful Noncompliance. The Interconnection provided hereunder may be discontinued (e.g., trunks made busy and/or disconnected) by either Party upon thirty (30) days' written notice to the other for repeated or willful violation of and/or a refusal to comply with this Agreement in any material respect. Interconnection shall not be discontinued if the other Party cures or disputes the alleged violation within the thirty (30) day time frame of receipt of the written notice.
