Repeatability Clause Samples

The Repeatability clause defines the conditions under which a process, test, or obligation can be performed multiple times with consistent results. In practice, this clause ensures that procedures or measurements yield the same outcome when repeated under the same circumstances, which is particularly important in quality control, scientific testing, or contractual deliverables. Its core function is to guarantee reliability and consistency, thereby reducing disputes and ensuring that agreed-upon standards are met each time the process is executed.
Repeatability. The repeatability, defined as 2.5 times the standard deviation of ten repetitive responses to a given calibration or span gas, must be no greater than ± 1% of full scale concentration for each range used above 155 ppm (or ppm C) or ± 2% of each range used below 155 ppm (or ppm C).
Repeatability. The repeatability of our method was assessed by calculating RSD (%) of endogenous acyl-CoA species in the quality control (QC) samples inserted at regular intervals in the batch of study samples.
Repeatability. One of the objectives of this study was to determine the repeatability of four techniques used by clinicians to assess the accommodative response. ▇▇▇▇ retinoscopy appeared as the most repeatable, for which the differences between measures of up to ±0.66 D can be attributed to measurement errors. In contrast, the techniques emerging as least repeatable were MEM retinoscopy and near open- field autorefractometry, for which the measurement error can be as high as ±1.00 D (see Table 2). ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (1992) suggested that normal variations in tonic accommodation and the near phoria effect could con- tribute to this wide variability in AR measures. They
Repeatability. The third party supplied Air Cathodes have been shown to be variable in individual performance, and Power Air intends, through this Air Cathode project, to develop an Air Cathode which can be manufactured with consistent and repeatable results. • Traceability 11.1 Under the terms of this Agreement, Supplier shall have and operate a process to ensure that all Products, sub-assemblies and the components contained therein supplied to the Buyer are completely Traceable back to manufacturer by batch or lot or date code. 11.2 Further Supplier hereby agrees, unless directed otherwise by the Buyer, to procure components through franchised distributors or direct component Suppliers. Supplier agrees to indemnify and hold the Buyer harmless from and against all costs and expenses for the removal, repair or replacement and reinstallation of counterfeit components incorporated into a Product sold by Supplier to the Buyer where the counterfeit component was procured by Supplier from a person or entity other than a franchised distributor or direct component Supplier or other person or entity pre-approved by the Buyer in writing.
