Repayment of Time Taken But Not Earned. In the event a Member leaves the Department and that Member has taken paid time off prior to such paid time off having been earned, the Member shall be required to repay the Board the value of the time taken but not earned. Such repayment shall be in the form of a deduction by the Board from the Member's final pay cheque.
