REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE TO THE PREMISES. 1) The Licensee shall maintain and undertake all minor repair work relating to the Licensed Premises. In the event of any major structural defects in the Licensed Premises, it shall be the responsibility and obligation of the Licensor to carry out such repairs.
