Repair Period Notice. Landlord shall, within the later of (a) sixty (60) days after the date on which Landlord determines the full extent of the damage caused by the Casualty or (b) thirty (30) days after Landlord has determined the extent of the insurance proceeds available to effectuate repairs, provide written notice to Tenant indicating the reasonably anticipated period for repairing the Casualty (Repair Period Notice). The Repair Period Notice shall also state, if applicable, Landlord's election either to repair or to terminate the Lease under section 15.3.
