Repair Capabilities Clause Samples
The Repair Capabilities clause defines the obligations and standards for repairing goods or services provided under a contract. Repair Capabilities. GTECH reserves the right to repair any of the assemblies, subassemblies, or other items comprising the Products purchased under this Agreement. VENDOR will supply GTECH with the necessary support to repair the Products, including the information listed under Sections 12.3, 12.5, 12.6, 12.7 and 12.8.

BUYER reserves the right to repair any of the assemblies, subassemblies, or other items comprising the Products purchased under this Agreement to the recommended spare parts (RSL) level. The RSL level is defined as the lowest part level repairable without special tools and fixtures. TRANSACT will supply BUYER with the necessary support to repair the Products.

Purchaser reserves the right to repair any of the assemblies, subassemblies, or other items comprising the Gaming Devices purchased under this Agreement; provided, however, any repairs performed by Purchaser not in conformance with BGI product manuals shall nullify any applicable warranty or indemnity with respect to the repaired Gaming Device.
