Rents, Fees and Other Charges a Separate Covenant. Company will not for any reason withhold or reduce its required payments of Rents, fees and other charges provided in this Agreement, it being expressly understood and agreed by the Parties that the payment of Rents, fees and other charges is a covenant by Company that is independent of the other covenants of the Parties hereunder.
