RENT TO OWNER; HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS. a. Amount of initial rent to owner The initial rent to owner for each contract unit is stated in Exhibit A, which is attached to and made a part of the HAP contract. At the beginning of the HAP contract term, and until rent to owner is adjusted in accordance with section 5 of the HAP contract, the rent to owner for each bedroom size (number of bedrooms) shall be the initial rent to owner amount listed in Exhibit A.
