RENT AND EXPENSES. The City shall pay zero dollars ($0.00) of rent to the School District during the Lease Term. At any time during the Lease Term, the Parties may renegotiate a price for rent. The City is responsible for all costs related to the operation of its business in the Leased Spaces including but not limited to cable, telephone, and Internet.
