Common use of RENT AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES Clause in Contracts

RENT AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES. You will pay us the Rent (Base Rent, and any other fees or charges which are payable by you at the same time installments of Base Rent are payable) on or before the date on which it is due and without us having to make demand for payment. In addition if three (3) of your personal checks for Rent are returned to the University of Wyoming due to insufficient funds, we will require that all money payable to us be paid in either certified or cashier’s check or money order. .
