Common use of Rent Amount Clause in Contracts

Rent Amount. Lessee(s) is/are responsible for the total rent amount of «Total Amount Due» which is payable in monthly installments during the duration of the agreed upon term. The rent is payable in full, which may be financed in monthly installments. Payment amounts are calculated on a 30 day month. Even though payments are allowed in installments, lease term is NOT 365 days. Lease Agreements that begin near the middle of the month shall be rounded to the closest half month, and one half month's rent payment will be due.
