Renewal of Your Policy. We will endeavour to provide you renewal terms within a reasonable period or notify you that renewal is not being invited. If we do not receive your instructions prior to the renewal date, we reserve the right to renew your policy and if you pay by instalments to continue to accept payment unless you notify us that you wish to cancel your policy, however we are not obligated to renew on your behalf. If we have assumed that renewal is required, where your instructions were not received, you may be liable to make payment to us/Insurers.
