Common use of Renegotiation of Severed Provisions Clause in Contracts

Renegotiation of Severed Provisions. If any provision of this Agreement is severed or restrained in accordance with Section 24.1, the parties, upon the request of either party, shall enter into negotiations for the purpose of arriving at a mutually satisfactory replacement.
