BASIC CONDITIONS The State shall have no obligation to disburse money for the Project under this Grant Agreement until the Grantee has satisfied the following conditions:
WORK CONDITIONS The Contractor agrees to accept sole responsibility to comply with all federal, provincial and municipal legislation which may have application to the Work and agrees to comply with all provincial and federal legislation affecting conditions of work and wage rates including the Employment Standards Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. E-6.2, the Workers Compensation Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. W-7.1, or any other laws that impose obligations in the nature of employers’ obligations. Employment Conditions Staff employed on the twilight shift shall be subject to the following employment conditions:
Training Conditions 3.1 The Trainee shall attend an approved training course or training program prescribed in the Training Agreement or as notified to the trainee by the relevant State or Territory Training Authority in accredited and relevant Traineeship Schemes.
CHANGE IN CONDITIONS Any changes to the condition of the site or work from the time of the proposal to the time when Company starts the work shall be the responsibility of the Customer. Customer shall immediately notify Company by email of any changes not previously disclosed regarding the setup or site conditions. In the event of an increase in the work, the contract price shall be increased by a fair and reasonable valuation based upon the original contract rates. In either an increase or decrease in work, Customer shall provide an extra work notification to Company. Signing a time sheet is an automatic or extra work notification & serves as authorization of overtime pay.
Safe Conditions Whenever an employee reports a condition which the employee feels represents a violation of safety or health rules and regulations or which is an unreasonable hazard to persons or property, such conditions shall be promptly investigated. The appropriate administrator shall reply to the concern, in writing, if the employee's concern is communicated in writing.
Contract Conditions This section contains conditions which shall be complied with during the performance of this contract. The conditions come in two parts, general conditions and special contract requirements.
SAFETY CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT A. The District and its employees shall be safety conscious in their conduct and actions and shall cooperate in the implementation of the District's safety program.
Qualifying Conditions An employee shall receive two (2) hours Call Time at the straight time rate in addition to pay for time actually worked under the following conditions:
