REMUNARATION. 1. The contractor is entitled to remuneration for the following elements or stages of the order : a. Support structures: EUR b. Hardware: EUR c. Software : EUR d. Training: EUR 2. The Total Price of the Contract as a sum of the individual instalments mentioned in paragraph 6.1 above is euro (in words: ) (further called “Total price”). Wired connection between Infrastructure points and data connections /communications between Customer’s servers and GOP elements; electrical connections to localization points of GOP elements shall be included in offered Total price. 8. Invoicing, with 21 days term of payment, will be made according to the following terms in regard of each phase: a) Invoice 1: After signing the Acceptance Certificate – 10% of the Total price b) Invoice 2: After Hardware delivery – 15% of the Total price c) Invoice 3: After physical installation (support structures + hardware) – 15% of the Total price d) Invoice 4: After successful testing of Software – 15% of the Total price e) Invoice 5: After Road part Go Live – 20% of the Total price f) Invoice 6: After Rail part Go Live – 10% of the Total price g) Invoice 7: After System acceptance by Customer and providing Training– 15% of the Total price 9. The acceptance of the GOP supply and implementation work is performed by signing the Acceptance Certificate for each phase described above.
