Removed. The Customer may request NH to provide Additional Services in addition to those specified in this Agreement. If NH (in its absolute discretion) provides such services, it shall be entitled to charge the Customer for the provision of such services on a time and materials basis in accordance with the hourly fees as notified to the Customer from time to time and will be deemed to undertake such work on under the terms in this Agreement.
