Xxxxxx Mae may remove a successor Trustee for any reason or no reason, solely pursuant to the I-Trust Documents, and appoint another successor Trustee by written instrument within 90 days after the date notice is given to such predecessor Trustee of its removal. If no successor Trustee has been appointed and has accepted appointment within 90 days after the giving of such notice of removal, the predecessor Trustee may petition any court for the appointment of a successor Trustee.
