Resignation and Removal; Appointment of Successor. No resignation or removal of the Trustee and no appointment of a successor Trustee pursuant to this Article shall become effective until the acceptance of appointment by the successor Trustee in accordance with the applicable requirements of Section 6.11. Resignation and Removal; Appointment of Successor. No resignation or removal of any Trustee and no appointment of a successor Trustee pursuant to this Article shall become effective until the acceptance of appointment by the successor Trustee in accordance with the applicable requirements of Section 7.11. Subject to the immediately preceding paragraph, any Trustee may resign at any time with respect to the Trust Securities by giving written notice thereof to the Securityholders. Unless an Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, any Trustee may be removed at any time by Act of the Holder of the Common Securities. The Warrant Agent may resign its duties and be discharged from all further duties and liability hereunder (except liability arising as a result of the Warrant Agent’s own gross negligence, willful misconduct or bad faith) after giving written notice to the Company at least thirty (30) days prior to the date such resignation will become effective.
