Common use of Removal of Persons or Property Clause in Contracts

Removal of Persons or Property. In the event of such resumption of possession under this Lease, whether by summary proceedings or by any other means, Lessor, or any receiver appointed by a court having jurisdiction, may dispossess and remove all persons and property from the Premises, and any property so removed may be stored in any public warehouse or elsewhere at the cost of and for the account of Lessee, and Lessor shall not be responsible for the care or safekeeping thereof, and Lessee hereby waives any and all loss, destruction, and/or damages or injury which may be occasioned in the exercise of any of the aforesaid acts.
