The Neither Borrower shall procure that no Owner shall remove any material part of the Ship owned by itany Ship, or any item of equipment installed on, the any Ship unless the part or item so removed is forthwith replaced by a suitable part or item which is in the same condition as or better condition than the part or item removed, is free from any Security Interest or any right in favour of any person other than the Security Trustee and becomes on installation on the relevant Ship the property of the Owner relevant Borrower and subject to the security constituted by the relevant Mortgage and if applicable, the Deed of Covenant, relative to the Ship Covenant (if applicable) Provided that the Owner a Borrower may install equipment owned by a third party if the equipment can be removed without any risk of damage to the ShipShip owned by it.

Removal of parts. The relevant Borrower shall procure that no Owner shall not remove any material part of owned by it from the Ship owned by it, or any item of equipment owned by it installed on, the that Ship unless the part or item so removed is forthwith replaced by a suitable part or item which is in the same condition as or better condition than the part or item removed, is free from any Security Interest or any right in favour favor of any person other than the Security Trustee and becomes on installation on the Ship that Ship, the property of the Owner that Security Party and subject to the security constituted by the Mortgage and if applicableMortgage, the Deed of Covenant, relative to the Ship Provided provided that the Owner relevant Borrower may install and remove equipment owned by a third party if the equipment can be removed without any risk of damage to the ShipShip owned by it.

The Borrower shall procure that no No Owner shall (in the case of any Ships owned by that Owner) remove any material part of the Ship owned by itany Ship, or any item of equipment installed onon any Ship, except in the Ship normal course of maintenance and repair, unless the part or item so removed is forthwith replaced by a suitable part or item which is in the same condition as or better condition than the part or item removed, is free from any Security Interest or any right in favour of any person other than the Security Trustee and becomes on installation on the Ship the property of the relevant Owner and subject to the security constituted by the relevant Mortgage and if applicable, the Deed of Covenant, relative to the Ship Provided that the Owner owning the relevant Ship may install equipment owned by a third party if the equipment can be removed without any risk of damage to the ShipShip concerned.

The No Borrower shall procure that no Owner shall remove or allow the removal of any material part of the Ship owned by itany Ship, or any item of equipment installed onon any Ship, the Ship unless the part or item so removed is forthwith replaced by a suitable part or item which is in the same condition as or better condition than the part or item removed, is free from any Security Interest or any right in favour of any person other than the Security Trustee Lender and becomes on installation on the relevant Ship the property of the Owner relevant Borrower and subject to the security constituted by the relevant Mortgage and if applicable, the Deed of Covenant, relative to the Ship Provided that the Owner PROVIDED THAT a Borrower may install equipment owned by a third party if the equipment can be removed without any risk of damage to the ShipShip owned by it.

The No Borrower shall, and shall procure that no Owner shall Approve Managers shall, remove any material part of the its Ship owned by it, or any item of equipment installed on, the on such Ship unless the part or item so removed is forthwith replaced by a suitable part or item which is in the same condition as or better condition than the part or item removed, is free from any Security Interest or any right in favour of any person other than the Security Trustee Agent and becomes on installation on the such Ship the property of the relevant Owner and subject to the security constituted by the Mortgage and if applicable, the Deed of Covenant, relative to the Ship Provided that the relevant Owner may install equipment owned by a third party if the equipment can be removed without any risk of damage to the its Ship.
