Removal of Facilities by SBC-13STATE. If SBC-13STATE removes any of Attaching Party’s facilities pursuant to this article, Attaching Party shall reimburse SBC-13STATE for SBC-13STATE’s costs in connection with the removal, storage, delivery, or other disposition of the removed facilities.
