REMOVAL OF EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS. If any of CONSULTANT’s officers, employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors or subconsultants is determined by the CITY Representatives to be uncooperative, incompetent, a threat to the adequate or timely performance of the tasks assigned to CONSULTANT, a threat to persons or property, or if any of CONSULTANT’s officers, employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors or subconsultants fail or refuse to perform the Work in a manner acceptable to the CITY, such officer, employee, agent, contractor, subcontractor or subcontractor shall be promptly removed by CONTRACTOR and shall not be re-assigned to perform any of the Work.
