Remotely Created Checks. If you deposit a remotely created check (that is, a check that was not signed by the person on whose account it is drawn), you warrant that the person on whose account the check is drawn authorized the issuance of the check in the amount stated on the check and to the payee stated on the check.

Remotely Created Checks. If A remotely created check is an item that appears to authorize payment to be made but which is not actually signed by the drawer. You agree that if you cash, negotiate or deposit a remotely created check (that is, a check that was not signed by the person on whose account it is drawn)check, you warrant to us that the person on whose account the check is drawn authentic and is authorized by the issuance drawer according to the terms contained on the check. If a remotely created check is returned to us at any time and for any reason, we may debit the amount of the check in the amount stated on the check and to the payee stated on the checkfrom your account.
