Common use of REMOTE SELF-ASSESSMENTS Clause in Contracts

REMOTE SELF-ASSESSMENTS. ServiceNow shall enable remote self-serve assessments of its Security Program by granting Customer, at all times and at no additional costs, access to the ServiceNow self-access documentation portal (“ServiceNow CORE”). The information available on ServiceNow CORE will include documentation evidencing ServiceNow’s policies, procedures and security measures, as well as copies of the certifications and attestations listed in Section 4.2.2 (Audit) below.
