Remote Medical Advice. Should the Member require medical advice or Assistance, they or their representative may telephone the Specialty Emergency Services Call Centre where Specialty Emergency Services medical personnel will advise the Member on the necessary action they should take, depending upon the circumstances as described to Specialty Emergency Services.
