The Remote Access Software Installation clause governs the conditions under which software enabling remote access may be installed on a party’s systems. As part of the implementation, Marco will be loading Remote Access Software referred to in this Section as a “monitoring agent” on your server(s) and workstations. This agent will give Marco the ability to monitor that equipment, fulfill maintenance tasks and remotely access the equipment for troubleshooting and other service-related activities. Client shall assist Marco’s Project Manager in the installation of the Remote Access Software as requested, including the loading of the agent to the domain server, identifying the locations of servers and personal computers that will receive the agent, and confirming that all such equipment has a monitoring agent installed.
