Common use of Remodel Clause in Contracts

Remodel. Landlord may in the future remodel, renovate or refurbish ("remodel") all or any portion of the Project, which remodel, however, may not include the Premises. The remodeling will be done in accordance with design specifications prepared by the project architect and reviewed and approved by Landlord. Copies of such specifications will be made available to Tenant, and Tenant agrees to accept the same. Tenant further agrees that Tenant will not, through any act or omission on the part of Tenant, in any way impede, delay or prevent the completion of such remodeling in a timely manner.

The remodeling will be done in accordance with design specifications prepared by the project architect and reviewed and approved by Landlord, and any such remodeling will not adversely impact the use and enjoyment of the Premises by the Tenant. Copies of such specifications will be made available to Tenant, and Tenant agrees to accept the same. Tenant further agrees that Tenant will shall not, through any act or omission omissions on the part of Tenant, in any way impede, delay or prevent the completion of such remodeling in a timely manner.
