Remitting Deductions. All dues collected under this article shall be paid by the Employer within thirty (30) days to the FOP/OLC at 000 Xxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxx 00000-0000. Once the funds are remitted to the FOP/OLC, their disposition thereafter shall be the sole and exclusive obligation and responsibility of the FOP/OLC.
