Common use of Remedy of breaches Clause in Contracts

Remedy of breaches. If the matter or circumstance giving rise to a Warranty Claim is capable of remedy, the Seller shall have no liability in respect of that Warranty Claim unless the relevant matter or circumstance is not remedied within 30 days after the date on which the Seller is given notice as contemplated by paragraph 2 of this Schedule 3 in relation to that matter or circumstance. The Purchaser shall procure that the Seller is given the opportunity in that 30 day period to remedy the relevant matter or circumstance and shall, without prejudice to paragraph 9 of this Schedule 3, provide, and shall procure that the Company shall provide, all reasonable assistance to the Seller to remedy the relevant matter or circumstance.
