Remedies Other Than Termination of Federal Assistance. The Recipient agrees that FTA’s right to terminate federal assistance as provided in the TVPA and in sections 4(f)(4)(ii) and 4(f)(5) are in addition to all other remedies for noncompliance available to the Federal Government under this Master Agreement.
