Common use of Remedies in Equity Clause in Contracts

Remedies in Equity. The rights and remedies of the parties hereunder shall not be mutually exclusive, i.e., the exercise of one or more of the provisions hereof shall not preclude the exercise of any other provisions hereof. The parties confirm that damages at law will be an inadequate remedy for a breach or threatened breach of this Agreement and agree that their respective rights and obligations hereunder shall be enforceable by specific performance, injunction or other equitable remedy as well as at law or otherwise.
