Remaining Materials. At the request of Intrexon, AquaBounty shall transfer to Intrexon all quantities of Reverted Product (including final products or work-in-process) in the possession of AquaBounty or its Affiliates. AquaBounty shall transfer to Intrexon all such quantities of Reverted Products without charge, except that Intrexon shall pay the reasonable costs of shipping.
