Remaining Materials. At the request of Intrexon, ZIOPHARM shall transfer to Intrexon, all quantities of Reverted Product (including API or work-in-process) in the possession of ZIOPHARM or its Affiliates. ZIOPHARM shall transfer to Intrexon all such quantities of Reverted Products without charge, except that Intrexon shall pay the reasonable costs of shipping.
Remaining Materials. At the request of Intrexon, Oragenics shall transfer to Intrexon all quantities of Reverted Product (including active pharmaceutical ingredient or work-in-process) in the possession of Oragenics or its Affiliates. Oragenics shall transfer to Intrexon all such quantities of Reverted Products without charge, except that Intrexon shall pay the reasonable costs of shipping.
Remaining Materials. At the end of the period described in Section 14.5(f) or, if this Agreement is terminated prior to the First Commercial Sale, at the request and expense of Company, Licensee shall transfer to Company, all quantities of Licensed Products and/or Licensed Molecules in the possession of Licensee or its Affiliates (including, without limitation, clinical trial supplies and Licensed Products and/or Licensed Molecules intended for commercial sale). Licensee shall transfer to Company all such quantities of Licensed Products and/or Licensed Molecules without charge, except that Company shall pay the reasonable costs of shipping. Licensee shall have no obligation to alter the labeling of such Licensed Products and/or Licensed Molecules.

At the request of Intrexon, Fibrocell shall transfer to Intrexon all quantities of Reverted Product (including active pharmaceutical ingredient or work-in-process) in the possession of Fibrocell or its Affiliates. Fibrocell shall transfer to Intrexon all such quantities of Reverted Products without charge, except that Intrexon shall pay the reasonable costs of shipping.

At the request of Intrexon, AquaBounty shall transfer to Intrexon all quantities of Reverted Product (including final products or work-in-process) in the possession of AquaBounty or its Affiliates. AquaBounty shall transfer to Intrexon all such quantities of Reverted Products without charge, except that Intrexon shall pay the reasonable costs of shipping.

At the request of Intrexon, Synthetic shall transfer to Intrexon all quantities of Reverted Product (including active pharmaceutical ingredient or work-in-process) in the possession of Synthetic or its Affiliates. Synthetic shall transfer to Intrexon all such quantities of Reverted Products without charge, except that Intrexon shall pay the reasonable costs of shipping.

At the request of Intrexon, Ampliphi shall transfer to Intrexon all quantities of Reverted Product (including final products or work-in-process) in the possession of Ampliphi or its Affiliates. Ampliphi shall transfer to Intrexon all such quantities of Reverted Products without charge, except that Intrexon shall pay the reasonable costs of shipping.

At the request of Intrexon, Elanco shall transfer to Intrexon, all quantities of Reverted Product (including API or work-in-process) in the possession of Elanco or its Affiliates. Elanco shall transfer to Intrexon all such quantities of Reverted Products without charge, except that Intrexon shall pay the reasonable costs of shipping.

At the request of Intrexon, Soligenix shall transfer to Intrexon all quantities of Reverted Product (including final products or work-in-process) in the possession of Soligenix or its Affiliates. Soligenix shall transfer to Intrexon all such quantities of Reverted Products without charge, except that Intrexon shall pay the reasonable costs of shipping.
Remaining Materials. At the request of Intrexon, Genopaver shall transfer to Intrexon all quantities of Reverted Product (including final products or work-in-process) in the possession of Genopaver or its Affiliates. Genopaver shall transfer to Intrexon all such quantities of Reverted Products without charge, except that Intrexon shall pay the reasonable costs of processing and shipping.
