Relocation Period. If requested by the Tenant in the notice given by the Tenant to the Council pursuant to Special Condition 5.1, the Council will provide that the new lease of the Alternative Premises will commence 30 days prior to the expiration of this Lease, during which time the Tenant may complete the relocation of the Tenant's Property, so long as the Tenant has complied with its obligations under this Special Condition.
Relocation Period. During the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending no later than the first anniversary thereof (the "Relocation Period"), Executive is expected to arrange relocation from California to Connecticut on a permanent basis for her, her spouse and her dependents. The Company shall, during the Relocation Period, pay or reimburse Executive for all reasonable expenses incurred for temporary housing, local ground transportation, travel to and from California for her, her spouse and her dependents, closing costs and moving expenses in connection with the purchase and sale of permanent housing and other costs and expenses during the Relocation Period related to her maintaining a residence separate from her family and relocating to Connecticut; provided, however, that no later than November 1, 2005, Executive shall have relocated to Connecticut and no further payments for expenses under this Section 7 that are incurred after the end of the Relocation Period shall be borne by the Company. The Company shall pay or reimburse Executive under this Section 7 for all costs and expenses incurred during the Relocation Period in an aggregate amount up to $500,000.
Relocation Period. The “Relocation Period” shall mean that period of time commencing on the date Tenant has received all required permits and approvals for the Relocation Site and ending ninety (90) days thereafter. The relocation of the Antenna Facilities to the Relocation Site shall be substantially completed within the Relocation Period, to the extent reasonable feasible. The then-current rent shall be reduced by fifty percent (50%) during the Relocation Period.

  • Vacation Period ‌ The choice of vacation periods shall be granted to employees on the basis of seniority with the Employer except where the period requested would be detrimental to the operation of the Employer.

  • Retention Period The Engineer shall maintain all books, documents, papers, accounting records and other evidence pertaining to costs incurred and services provided (hereinafter called the Records). The Engineer shall make the records available at its office during the contract period and for seven (7) years from the date of final payment under this contract, until completion of all audits, or until pending litigation has been completely and fully resolved, whichever occurs last.

  • Termination Period This Option shall be exercisable for three (3) months after Participant ceases to be a Service Provider, unless such termination is due to Participant’s death or Disability, in which case this Option shall be exercisable for twelve (12) months after Participant ceases to be a Service Provider. Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, in no event may this Option be exercised after the Term/Expiration Date as provided above and this Option may be subject to earlier termination as provided in Section 13 of the Plan.

  • Transition Period Due to the nature of our purchasing process, the District often requires an existing service provider to continue to provide goods and/or services while the District is in the process of advertising, evaluating, and awarding a contract for the provision of the same goods and/or services in the future. To accommodate this process, the Contractor shall agree to maintain the same terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days after the automatic termination of this Agreement at the end of its term, if requested by the District, as a transition period. In addition, if the Contractor is not the successful bidder for a future solicitation for the same or similar services, he or she shall agree to provide the same goods and/or services provided in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days to allow for an orderly transition to the new provider. The District and the Contractor may mutually agree to a longer transition period.
