Common use of Relocation of the Master Trust Clause in Contracts

Relocation of the Master Trust. The Master Trust will notify the Depositor at least ten (10) days before a relocation of its chief executive office or jurisdiction of organization if it could require the filing of a new financing statement or an amendment to a previously filed financing statement under Section 9-307 of the UCC. If required, the Master Trust will promptly file, or will cause to be filed, new financing statements or amendments to all previously filed financing statements. The Master Trust will maintain its chief executive office within the United States and will maintain its jurisdiction of organization in only one State. The Master Trust will notify the Depositor of any change in its immediate ownership or any decision to appoint a new trustee of the Master Trust.
