Common use of Relocation Benefits Clause in Contracts

Relocation Benefits. Should the Executive move his residence in order to pursue other business opportunities within two (2) years of Executive's Effective Date of Termination, the Executive shall be reimbursed for any moving expenses (as defined in Section 217(b) of the Code) incurred in that relocation (including taxes, if any, payable on the reimbursement) which are not reimbursed by another employer. Benefits provided herein shall not exceed the assistance and benefits customarily provided by PCFC to transferred employees prior to the Change in Control.

Should If the Executive move moves his residence in order to pursue other business or employment opportunities within two thirty-six (236) years of Executive's Effective months after the Termination Date of Terminationand requests in writing that the Company provide relocation services, the Executive shall will be reimbursed for any moving reasonable expenses (as defined in Section 217(b) of the Code) incurred in that initial relocation (including taxes, if any, taxes payable on the reimbursement) which are not reimbursed by another employer. Benefits provided herein shall not exceed under this provision will include assistance in selling the Executive's home and all other assistance and benefits that were customarily provided by PCFC the Company to transferred employees executives at the same management level as the Executive prior to the Change in Control.
