Non-Hiring. During the period of Executive's employment hereunder, and for a period of 1 year after Executive's Last Day of Employment, Executive may not directly or indirectly recruit, solicit, or hire any Block Employee or otherwise induce any such Block Employee to leave the employment of Block (or the applicable employer-subsidiary of Block) to become an employee of or otherwise be associated with any other party or with Executive or any company or business with which Executive is or may become associated. The running of the 1-year period will be suspended during any period of violation and/or any period of time required to enforce this covenant by litigation or threat of litigation.
Non-Hiring. 4.04 The Executive hereby covenants and agrees that the Executive shall not, during the term of this Agreement and for a period of twelve (12) months thereafter, either directly or indirectly, solicit or endeavour to solicit from the Corporation any of its employees, and shall not for a period twelve (12) months from the end of the term of this Agreement hire any of the foregoing on the Executive’s own behalf or on behalf of any entity for which the Executive is hired or retained. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Executive shall not be considered in breach of this section should the Executive solicit for hiring such Executive’s Administrative Assistant.
Non-Hiring. During EMPLOYEE'S employment with PMSC and for a period of ---------- three (3) years after separation from such employment, EMPLOYEE agrees that EMPLOYEE shall under no circumstances hire, attempt to hire or assist or be involved in the hiring of any employee of PMSC either on EMPLOYEE'S behalf or on behalf of any other person, entity or enterprise. Also, for a similar period of time, EMPLOYEE agrees to not communicate to any such person, entity or enterprise the names, addresses or any other information concerning any employee of PMSC or any past, present or prospective client or customer of PMSC.
Non-Hiring. 11.1 Each Party undertakes not to hire away or employ the personnel of the other Party and/or its affiliates for the duration of the Agreement and for a period of twelve (12) months after the end of the contractual relationship.
Non-Hiring. During the period of Executive's employment hereunder and during the time Executive is receiving payments hereunder and for a period of one year after the later of: termination by HRB or Executive for any reason (or no reason) of such employment; or cessation of such payments, the Executive will not knowingly recruit, solicit or hire any Block Employee or otherwise induce any such Block Employee to leave the employment of Block (or the applicable employer-subsidiary of Block) to become an employee of or otherwise be associated with any other party or with Executive or any company or business with which Executive is or may become associated.
Non-Hiring. Whenever the disciplines in which such reductions are necessary have been determined, the Superintendent will not employ new personnel in those disciplines on a permanent basis.
Non-Hiring. During the term of this Agreement, and for a period of twelve (12) months after termination hereof, neither party shall directly or indirectly, knowingly solicit, hire or otherwise retain, as an employee, consultant or independent contractor, any employee of the other party, within one (1) year of the employee leaving the employ of the other party, unless previously agreed in writing by the other party.
Non-Hiring. Customer agrees that during the term of this Agreement and for a period of one (1) year thereafter, Customer shall not solicit or hire those employees of iGrafx who have performed work relating to this Agreement without the prior written consent of iGrafx. The foregoing restriction on solicitation shall not apply to employees of iGrafx who respond to employment opportunities through advertisements, job fairs or other public recruitment initiatives carried out by Customer in the normal course.
Non-Hiring. During Executive's employment and for eighteen months afterward, unless Emerald Solutions consents in writing, Executive will not solicit or assist in the solicitation of Emerald Solutions' employees.
Non-Hiring. During any period in which this Agreement is effective, and for twelve (12) months thereafter, neither party will solicit any employee of the other party for the purposes of offering employment. Each party shall promptly notify the other of any communications with any personnel regarding employment.
