Common use of Relocation Benefit Clause in Contracts

Relocation Benefit. In accordance with the Company’s Relocation Policy, you will be eligible to be reimbursed for your reasonable costs incurred in connection with your relocation to the Company’s headquarters in Islandia, New York. In addition, you shall receive temporary corporate housing in accordance with the Company’s policies and you shall be eligible to receive relocation benefits in accordance with the Company’s policies, in each case, until no later than November 22, 2006.
