Records of Inventions. Employee shall keep complete and current written records of Inventions and Developments made during the course of his employment with Employer and promptly disclose all such Inventions and Developments in writing to Employer so that it may adequately determine its rights in such Inventions and Developments. Employee shall supplement any such disclosure to the extent Employer may request. If Employee has any doubt as to whether or not to disclose any Inventions and Developments, Employee shall disclose the same to Employer.
Records of Inventions. Employee agrees to keep and maintain adequate and current written records of all Inventions of Employee during the term of employment with Company. Such records shall be in the form of notes, sketches, drawings, and any other format that may be specified by Company, and shall be available to and remain the sole property of Company at all times.

I have kept complete and current written records of all Inventions I Made during the period of time I was employed by Honeywell and promptly disclosed all such Inventions in writing to Honeywell for the purpose of adequately determining Honeywell's rights in each such Invention. I will supplement any such disclosures to the extent Honeywell may request that I do so. If I have any doubt as to whether or not to disclose an Invention to Honeywell, I will disclose it.

Executive will keep and maintain adequate and current records (in the form of notes, sketches, drawings and in any other form that may be required by Employer) of all Inventions developed by Executive or made by Executive during the period of Executive’s employment at Employer, which records will be available to and remain at all times the sole property of Employer.

I have supplemented or will supplement any such disclosures to the extent Resideo may request that I do so. If I have any doubt as to whether or not to disclose an Invention to Resideo, I will disclose it.
Records of Inventions. Iroko shall maintain adequate and current records, in electronic or paper form, of its development of Inventions and disclose promptly to iCeutica all Inventions and related records which relate to the iCeutica Technology, Third Party IP or Licensed Products.
