Relinquishment of Control. At the Closing, the Sellers shall turn over actual possession and control of all of their respective Assets to Purchaser by delivering the keys to the Kansas Facility and taking such other action that may be required or reasonably requested by Purchaser to effect such transfer of possession and control.
