Religious Accommodations Clause Samples
The Religious Accommodations clause requires an organization or employer to make reasonable adjustments to policies or practices to allow individuals to observe their sincerely held religious beliefs. In practice, this may involve modifying work schedules, dress codes, or permitting time off for religious observances, provided such accommodations do not impose undue hardship on the organization. The core function of this clause is to ensure that individuals are not discriminated against based on religion and can freely practice their faith while participating in the workplace or other settings.
